CricsApp Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 30, 2026. Rules, billing terms, and guidelines for players and leagues using CricsApp.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a CricsApp account, registering a local cricket team, or launching tournaments, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Account Security & Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Additionally, scorers and tournament referees are responsible for entering accurate, honest match statistics. Manipulating scoring logs to falsely inflate player statistics violates our terms and may lead to account suspension.
3. AI DRS Review & Fair Use
The computer-vision models processing LBW calculations and UltraEdge audio spikes require server-side GPU allocations. To ensure service quality, users must comply with standard fair use rules. You may not upload loops, unrelated video files, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI tracking scripts.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium tiers (Pro Player, DRS Review System, Academy License) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your billing portal. Payments are non-refundable for active subscription cycles.
5. Limitation of Liability
CricsApp provides technology, scoring templates, and video tracking tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CricsApp is not responsible for disputes, referee rulings, or physical safety incidents occurring on physical cricket fields during matches.
6. Modifications of Service
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or update features within CricsApp at any time. Changes to recurring subscription fees will be notified to users via email at least 30 days prior to implementation.
