CricsApp Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 30, 2026. This policy describes how CricsApp collects, registers, and uses your personal details and media recordings.
1. Information We Collect
CricsApp collects information to provide advanced sports scoring and AI-driven match analysis services. This includes:
- Account Profiles: Name, email address, age group, player role details (batsman, bowler, all-rounder), and club affiliations.
- Match Logs: Ball-by-ball actions, run counts, extras, dismissal logs, player averages, and over histories.
- Media Uploads: Live match stream recordings, training video loops, and audio clips uploaded by scorers or camera tripods used for AI edge checks.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your profile data, match events, and video uploads for the following purposes:
- To compile and update your lifetime cricket statistics profile card.
- To feed cloud computer-vision algorithms executing LBW reviews and ball-path projections.
- To automatically segment video frames to render highlight compilations.
- To synchronize scoreboard graphic overlays during live streams.
3. Information Sharing & Visibility
By default, cricket is a social and public game. Consequently, match scoresheets, points tables, team rosters, live stream feeds, and AI-compiled highlights are public. However, players can manage privacy flags directly in their mobile account settings to set individual profiles to private.
4. Data Storage & Security
CricsApp stores match logs and account profiles in secure, encrypted cloud servers. Video files processed for AI DRS analyses are automatically scrubbed from active GPUs after review renders complete. We do not sell player statistics database records to third-party ad networks.
5. Your Rights & Deletion
You have the right to request a complete copy of your match scoring logs or request permanent profile deletion at any time. To make a deletion request, please reach out to our privacy compliance crew via email.
